This page is for players of Plots & Places. L88 operates the game. Use the steps below to ask us to delete your account.
How to request deletion
- Open Plots & Places and copy your player ID from Account Info. Also note your level, the amount of money you have, your reputation points, and your traffic cones. Those are shown on the game screen.
- Send an email to userdata@pnpg.gg.
- Set the subject to ACCOUNT DELETION.
- In the message, include every one of these:
- your player ID
- your level in the game
- the amount of money you have in the game
- the number of reputation points you have in the game
- the number of traffic cones you have in the game
We ask for those details so we can match the email to your account. We will not delete an account when any of them is missing. That stops another player from requesting the deletion of your account.

When the details match, we delete your account. We do not keep a copy of it, and there is no additional retention period.
- Your account, including your money, reputation points, and traffic cones.
- All of your plots and buildings, other than special buildings shared with other players.
- Your whole card collection.
- Your scores on the leaderboards. Those scores are erased.
What we keep
Special buildings that are shared between players stay in the game. Other players contributed to them, so deleting your account does not remove those buildings. They are kept for as long as they remain in the game.
A name and email given with a beta invite stay on that invite record. Server logs are kept only as long as we need them to operate and protect the service. Information stored only on your device stays there until you clear the app or browser data, or uninstall the app.
